I called the branch and waited on hold for over 55 minutes. When I finally had a representative answer the call, they said they'd have to call back tomorrow. AI is replacing the humans, and doing a sorry job at it.
I had money wired to my account but they deposited it into the wrong account. I double checked the numbers and the error was on their end, not mine. I also clearly asked (in writing and verbally) to have my credit card sent to a specific branch for me to pick up, but they mailed it to my physical address and not even bothered to use my MAILING address.
