I had money wired to my account but they deposited it into the wrong account. I double checked the numbers and the error was on their end, not mine. I also clearly asked (in writing and verbally) to have my credit card sent to a specific branch for me to pick up, but they mailed it to my physical address and not even bothered to use my MAILING address. The staff here are always friendly & courteous. So happy that this branch stays open until 6 p.m.
Every time i enter the branch at towers. The manager Kelly and staff members Oak, Arlen, danielle are always so cheerful. The environment is so welcoming. They always greet me and my children by name. Top tier customer service!
