I have worked with Ryan F. he is in the business relationship part of the company, he has gone above and beyond to always assure everything is being done properly, in a timely manner and updating me on ways to utilize Freedom in my business, he as well always answers the phone or calls back quickly which is very hard to find. Do not go to the ATM here. It spits out the wrong amount and when you go inside, they won’t help you
I make my truck payments there, I can mail it but I prefer to take the trip because the young ladies, there are very kind and considerate that always has something nice to say I could say one thing that's 1 place I love paying my bills at
Ryan was great. I called the branch randomly about a specific loan product, was transferred to him, and my loan was approved quickly and easily.
Ryan was awesome! Very helpful, super quick to respond!
