What an amazing experience as a first time customer! Sara K provided outstanding service to me over the phone in helping set up options. It was an even greater experience today meeting her in person at the branch! It's employee's like Sara that confirm that you have made a great choice in joining this Credit Union!
2 stars for the customer service phone call service regarding on-hold wait times. Each time that I call customer service by phone (no matter the day of the week), their on-hold wait times are very long, with averages of 25-30 minutes in my case. As I write this review, I have been on hold for approximately 40 minutes. I have not had any other issues so far with Freedom Federal Credit Union.
Sara was great and made the entire process quick and easy. Very professional and great attitude. Looking forward to banking with them.
Kristian was professional, friendly and helpful. I am glad I met his kind. I have recommended people to him thereafter and they are willing to meet him as soon as possible. Kristian is an asset to Freedom Credit Union.
