I was a happy customer with AFFCU for nearly 6 years before the Freedom FCU takeover. Since the merger, it's been a fight to get in contact with someone from customer service. I was finally able to get in touch with someone after 2 weeks of failed call attempts where I was hold for about an hour before giving up. There has been some frustrating moments with my account since the Merger. Ms Putasha was the 4th person I've talked to since this transition of AFFCU & FFCU.
