Be very careful as they clearly sell your information. Shortly after taking a loan out here I started receiving 6 to 8 spam calls a day in regards to loan closing and pre approvals. I was not receiving them prior. The calls have continued for months since closing. They really should let you know that they will make money selling your information. During closing no one went over privacy information with me of informed me they sell information. Bad business practice.

I contacted the branch call center to help me with a situation with my business account. I wasn't sure if they would be able to work with me on what was needed, as it went back over 8 months ago. The person I spoke with was amazing! She kept researching while I was on the phone with her and even consulted with her supervisor to solve the problem. Megan was was very helpful and showed great patience with helping me with the forms I needed to fill out for the dispute. She also stayed online with me while I filled out the forms. She was a great help very helpful. You have a great employee there in Megan she gets five stars for me
