The buses were beautiful and comfortable, the drivers were friendly, punctual, safe, engaging and accommodating. The price was great. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was the long response time to phone calls or emails and the difficulty reaching an actual person by phone. Perhaps adding an office staff person to take and answer messages would help. Overall, I would highly recommend this service.

A Travel Agency I recently traveled with used this service to drive a group of us to & from the Dulles Airport & they were fantastic! The drivers were very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and helpful AND were very safe drivers! The coaches were very comfortable, relaxing and clean! I had never heard of them prior to this trip but I would definitely travel with them again! I'll be following them to see what they're offering in the future!

I have gone on many trips with Freedom Excursions and all were fantastic experiences. Deb and Bill are very professional and their busses are immaculate! With every new schedule, I sit and study which trip I want to go on next. Thank you Freedom for all the wonderful trips you have taken Bill and I on!!!!
