Allison was absolutely fabulous to deal with. After initially coming to the store and wanting to place an order and finding the products we wanted, we purchased them through Allison who was super helpful and knowledgeable. We went to a few different furniture stores and Allison was by far the best to deal with. I highly recommend popping in and seeing her.
Plenty of furniture choices
It took over 2 months to reach a resolution, with each email taking around 2 weeks to get a reply. Once Freedom finally agreed to process a refund, they requested sensitive information including a photo of my driver’s licence and screenshots of my bank account showing my name and account details. I have had an absolutely appalling experience at Freedom Essendon. As per Freedom’s buy one get 50% off deal, I decided to buy 2 items, to which I expected the cheaper item would be 50% off. When I went to the register to pay, I was not granted this deal as apparently it does not apply to online items. I kindly asked the cashier with a short blonde bob (I believe her name was Katherine) to show me where this was stated in the terms and conditions.
