My wife and I purchased a couch and armchair from Freedom Essendon and were very specific about the delivery availability, as we were moving into our new home. This date was discussed with the sales person and confirmed on our invoice / contract of sale as "4-6" weeks availability. Upon trying to book the delivery over 8 weeks later, we were advised that our couch was delayed - "it could be up to another 4 weeks"?
