I had a very terrible experience with the store manager. His name is Ken. I was abused by him when I came into the store to return unopened and unwanted sofa and mattress protection products, which I bought a week ago. Really good range of furnitures and home fixtures
Freedom Furniture offers very stylish and high-quality products with an excellent range. Pricing is certainly not cheap, but that is expected for a premium product. However, when it comes to customer support and warranty claims, they perform extremely poorly. This is the reason I have taken off 2 stars. Customer service is generally unresponsive, with delayed replies and an unhelpful attitude. The warranty process is cumbersome, slow and repetitive with unnecessary questioning.
