In response to GEORGE ADAM and the post concerning his tarps: George did call prior to loading the equipment and had started complain then. Al from Pioneer Transfer did call the loading point and they said the driver was getting taken care and they DID provide materials to cover the sharp edges. At that point, the driver was already tarping the freight. The driver/carrier had the choice to REFUSE the load if they were so concerned about their tarps which Al did tell to George on the first call he received from him!!! Al beli... read more
WE HAULED A LOAD FROM FREEDOM EQUIPMENT AND WE ARE VERY PLEASED TO SAY THAT PEOPLE ARE ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL THERE. THEY HELPED WITH ARRANGING THE FREIGHT THAT WAY WE HAD NOT HARD TIME ON TARPING. OVERALL WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS SHIPPER. WOULD LIKE TO COOPERATE AND WORK IN FUTURE WITH THEM.

AS A TRUCK DRIVER , I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE PICKING UP A BAD LOAD OUT OF HERE , WITH SHARP EDGES , THEY ARE ASKING TO TARP THE LOADS, AND MY 500$ 8FT TARPS GOT DESTROYED. DO NOT TAKE LOADS THAT NEEDS TARPS OUT OF HERE.
