I've been a member for years and there just aren't enough stars to give them. They are the absolute best ! You feel like family how they go out of their way for you. I've called a number of times looking for clarity about something that I didn't understand. They had such patience with me even when it was clearly my issue. Very understanding. I'm totally at home here. I hope they never go out business or I'll go into deep mourning. One day I'm gonna do their commercials. :-)
Great union Bank and I would recommend to anyone that needs to open an account.
This credit union sucks at everything it offers. It will help you get in debt with their ridiculous policies, but won’t help you in any other way. Good credit doesn’t matter here. Look elsewhere for better products and services. Definitely the worst credit Union in western mass.
