I would give this place negative stars if I could. They are terrible at answering their calls or answering voicemails. I have an auto loan that I have refinanced with them. 3 years later they still didn’t mark their self as the lean holder so when I was trying to buy a new car I had to try to reach out to them multiple times over the 3 year course. It still hasn’t been done. If you refinance your auto loan please find another credit union. This was one of the biggest mistake I’ve made by coming here.
Very Disappointed!!! I purchased Gap insurance on a vehicle I purchased with a loan from Freedom Credit Union. I was told this would cover any gap in insurance coverage. I was in an accident that totaled my car. Guess what they failed to tell you that They’re Gap coverage only covers the Principal. So now I still have to pay 1300$. Still owe them all the interest on the loan Don’t trust them at all anymore. Also they sent me a nasty letter to reveal this information
