Walked into freedom today to purchase couches was told they would get sales staff to help us so we waited and no one came to help us. We were upset in particular as we saw the lady who said she'll get someone and other staff at the front desk as we walked out and didn't acknowledge us. Went next door to Nick Scalli and made a 6k purchase better customer service there and more genuine.
We got our furniture for our new place Kelly helped us since the beginning lots of help with amazing ideas for find our dream furniture we really happy with what we got, excellent service we definitely coming back 🌸❤️
