Amazing customer service by rose
I had such an amazing experience at Freedom Furniture thanks to Rose! It honestly took me ages to decide on two chairs and a side table, but Rose was incredibly patient, helpful, and understanding the whole time. She made the process so easy and enjoyable. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. I would highly recommend visiting Rose if you need help with your furniture she truly goes above and beyond!
I’ve had a lovely experience with Rose and Kelly on separate occasions! While I know what I like, I don’t have a great eye for putting things together. Rose and Kelly have been so patient with me on each occasion and helped me curate my styling pieces with intention. Over the moon and my home is the best it’s looked!
