Freedom store in Craigieburn has a hidden Gem !!! Had a day off today so I went to browsing shopping not wanting to buy anything but then I met Jessica who was so lovely, she’s friendly and so helpful, her bubbling has lighten up my days, she has introduced me to few good items. I walked out of the store with a lighter pocket but happy with what I have purchased. I missed this kind of customer services !
Purchased a table instore after viewing floorstock with price clearly marked. Was assured the ticketed price was correct by the manager. Paid a deposit very excited aboutmy order. Realised when I got home that wrong colour was noted on invoice. Called store to query the same day and was then advised ticket had been wrongly printed but they would not honour that price and requested I pay another $500 to have order changed to match the online price. Freedom has once again proved it's excellent customer service! It isn't only about getting assistance in selecting and making the process of purchasing easy. The true test lies when issues arise after purchasing a beautiful piece of furniture or home decoration products.
