Bought the Capiz and Jensen placemats at reduced prices during the 30% off sale. A much better deal than other suppliers with the same stock online. The sales assistant was super helpful too. Very happy.

Just picked up an off-white ottoman, get it home, unpack it and it has 4 stain marks on the top surface where someone has placed something dirty on it before wrapping and shipping. No local store phone number to call and organise change out. Terrible customer interface, phone number is a Sydney number that directs you to a web page. Never knew they were this bad. Strongly advise against using any store that is so uncontactable.
