I have been having acupuncture for a while now with Dr. Elaine Hickman in Mansfield. Having never had acupuncture before I did not know what to expect, but after a few sessions I started to notice that I was able to use my knee a lot more than I had previously been able to do. I’ve been doing acupuncture with Jessie for a few months now and I love it! Jessie has given me a lot of very useful tips on nutrition coming from Chinese medicine and on pressure points to activate by myself outside of our practice that are really helping me with my issue. I’m amazed at how acupuncture can assist with combating complex health issues. This paired with the expertise of Elaine and her team made miracles happen, they listen and care, unlike what I’ve experienced with the mainstream health system. I especially love how each appointment allows you time in stillness and relaxation, it’s my favourite part of my week!

Steve does an incredible job of holding space, allowing the unpacking of whatever is going on for you, he then tailors treatment to suit your current state.
