Online Order Just did an online order with Faye from Chadstone Freedom Store, amazing customer service, went above and beyond, she is an asset to their Chadstone store. Lovely to see old fashioned customer service. Thank -you Faye Jane and David Owen
Never purchase from this store. I opted for pick up instead of delivery for a bedside table that was damaged. Appears because I opted for store pick up I have lost all consumer rights. Asked for a call back from a manager never happened. I will never again order from Freedom and let everyone else know as well.
Very disappointing with the after purchase support. Sure, the staff are friendly and helpful in store, but the after purchase support is extremely poor. I bought an expensive couch and it arrived damaged. I’ve contacted support and they are far from helpful. They’ve stone walled me, sent me their terms and conditions to avoid giving me any compensation or replacement. Woeful service and I wish I never bought from them and never will again. Expensive products and really not worth it.
Pretty disappointed with the customer service and overall service received from Freedom Furniture Chadstone. We spent over 7k buying furniture and while the initial service was great coz you are going to buy stuff, the post service not so great. We were told the furniture will be delivered and assembled. Instead what we got was people who came and dropped all the furniture into the lounge and then just left. What an absolute joke this store is and so aligned with others negative comments. The customer service in this chadstone store is close to rubbish. I went in there with my little child requesting a return and the man who I think could be the manager (not an Australian, should have found out his name) was against accepting a return only because he couldn’t bother trying to find out if he could get the support internally to help out a customer.
