Absolute JOKE of a store - utter waste of 1 month with non-existent customer service Paid for a rug in-store and was assured it would arrive within 1-2 weeks. Rang the store each week to follow-up. Each person I spoke to was as clueless as the next. Was still promised it would be delivered. This was a complete LIE. Absolutely Disgraceful – A Masterclass in How Not to Treat Customers I seriously regret ever walking into this store. Had I read the mountain of negative reviews beforehand, I would’ve run the other way. This place may be a franchise, but clearly, customer service wasn’t part of the training manual. Have bought 2 sofas and cushions over two visits at Freedom Chadstone. The staff were helpful without being imposing. I really appreciated their guidance about colours. I know some of precious reviewers have mentioned long lead times from order to delivery but this seems to be an industry supply chain issue. We had the same experience with a Richmond furniture store.

Definitely won’t come back to this store. Had some creepy old guy following me around and pestering me even though I told him I didn’t want any assistance. Need a restraining order to keep that creep away.
