Amy was super helpful and friendly. She took her time to show us various options of sofas and made sure we got the best deal possible. We ended buying our first sofa from Freedom and it was thanks to the help we got from Amy.
I was absolutely blown away by the customer service from Bella and the store manager at Chadstone. I had two lamps that I’d purchased a couple of years ago which had developed a small fault. My partner and I visited the store and were served by Pramod. He was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help us. He took the time to colour match a rug to our bed frame and even grabbed stock of different rugs so he could place a queen-size bed on it, helping us visualise exactly how it would look and fit in our space. Online Order Just did an online order with Faye from Chadstone Freedom Store, amazing customer service, went above and beyond, she is an asset to their Chadstone store. Lovely to see old fashioned customer service. Thank -you Faye Jane and David Owen
Never purchase from this store. I opted for pick up instead of delivery for a bedside table that was damaged. Appears because I opted for store pick up I have lost all consumer rights. Asked for a call back from a manager never happened. I will never again order from Freedom and let everyone else know as well.
