My partner and I visited the store and were served by Pramod. He was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help us. He took the time to colour match a rug to our bed frame and even grabbed stock of different rugs so he could place a queen-size bed on it, helping us visualise exactly how it would look and fit in our space. Never purchase from this store. I opted for pick up instead of delivery for a bedside table that was damaged. Appears because I opted for store pick up I have lost all consumer rights. Asked for a call back from a manager never happened. I will never again order from Freedom and let everyone else know as well.
Very disappointing with the after purchase support. Sure, the staff are friendly and helpful in store, but the after purchase support is extremely poor. I bought an expensive couch and it arrived damaged. I’ve contacted support and they are far from helpful. They’ve stone walled me, sent me their terms and conditions to avoid giving me any compensation or replacement. Woeful service and I wish I never bought from them and never will again. Expensive products and really not worth it.
Pretty disappointed with the customer service and overall service received from Freedom Furniture Chadstone. We spent over 7k buying furniture and while the initial service was great coz you are going to buy stuff, the post service not so great. We were told the furniture will be delivered and assembled. Instead what we got was people who came and dropped all the furniture into the lounge and then just left.
