Not at all a good experience to shop at this branch. We intended to place an order for 6 chairs however 8 were accidentally ordered, which is fine as these things happen and frankly our miss also to not check the invoice. However, dealing with their shop manager afterwards for the refund was an ordeal. From explaining to her what had happened (initially argued that everything was fine and we were due back nothing) and then for her to confirm the extra chairs with the warehouse (took about a month), to getting the refund pape... read more
Drove from Newcastle to pick up a damaged lamp. We immediately provided photos requesting a replacement. It has been weeks without a proper resolution or a confirmation the new lamp has been sent. We had to follow up multiple times to see our case progress. The staff is also rude on the phone, putting undue burden on the customer to fix a situation that only Freedom is responsible for. Highly disappointing experience.
This morning, my husband and I visited several furniture stores in the Castle Hill area, including Provincial, Lounge Lovers, Early Settlers, and Harvey Norman.
