This morning, my husband and I visited several furniture stores in the Castle Hill area, including Provincial, Lounge Lovers, Early Settlers, and Harvey Norman. Salesperson and cashier are extremely rude and treats customers with no courtesy or respect.
We had such a fantastic experience with Adeena and Nathan at Freedom Furniture! We changed our mind about one of the armchairs shortly after placing our order, and they were absolutely amazing about it. Not for a second did they make us feel like an inconvenience,in fact, they were more than happy to help and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
