All's well that ends well. I would have given a very bad rating if it hadn't been for the store manager who handled our issue in a very caring and prompt way and Sam and Jamie who came to our rescue from Austra Removals and Deliveries. They were really wonderful, kept communicating with me every step of the way and the two of them got my new sofa bed in, through a window, one day later when it was pouring rain AND kept it dry. Worst customer service! Would not recommend Freedom Furniture based on their poor level of service. Processes in place when you have a faulty product, told it will take 2 months for a replacement. Then after the two months wait, you are told your request was not processed. No previous communication or updates prior and think it's reasonable for a customer to now wait another two months based on your error.
