We had the pleasure of dealing with Daniella at Freedom, Capalaba on a few occasions recently. What a superstar. We walked in not really knowing what we wanted for an outdoor lounge setting and dining table. Enter Daniella. As she's an Interior Designer, her understanding of room layouts, colours, sizing etc, was incredibly helpful. And she has the patience of a Saint. Highly recommend Freedom Capalaba and if you can snag Daniella to help - even better!
A degrading and unhelpful experience with Capalaba staff member, Emmen today. Called to contact regarding an online order after being told it had been processed through this store. Did not answer any questions like is the online store Department governed by the same or different policy, if we get a store credit with that department can it it be used in store. I wanted to leave a review specifically for Max at Freedom Capalaba because the service I received genuinely exceeded expectations. I purchased a mirror online through Freedom and unfortunately when it arrived, it was completely shattered inside the packaging. It clearly wasn’t an issue with the Capalaba store but their delivery contractor, so I submitted an online replacement request expecting the process to take quite a while like other stores.
