A degrading and unhelpful experience with Capalaba staff member, Emmen today. Called to contact regarding an online order after being told it had been processed through this store. I wanted to leave a review specifically for Max at Freedom Capalaba because the service I received genuinely exceeded expectations. I purchased a mirror online through Freedom and unfortunately when it arrived, it was completely shattered inside the packaging. It clearly wasn’t an issue with the Capalaba store but their delivery contractor, so I submitted an online replacement request expecting the process to take quite a while like other stores. Customer service was abysmal. Overlook by staff as they prioritise wealthier or older customers
Donna from Freedom was incredibly friendly, patient and helpful throughout the whole process of purchasing a new sofa. We had very particular measurements to work with and she took the time to go through everything carefully and explain all our options clearly. Her customer service was fantastic and made the experience so much easier.
