Terrible customer service. Visited the Cannington store Tuesday late afternoon to buy S fold curtains which I had already purchased but needed one more curtain. I had a few questions as I’m not an expert and really just wanted some professional advice. This product has different price in their system also table but they try to charge more for it, unprofessional, stay away.

"I'm blown away by the exceptional customer service I received from Freedom Cannington. This morning an item I had ordered was stolen from my porch upon delivery, and I was understandably upset, however every person I spoke to on the phone at Freedom was so lovely and kind to me and they so generously offered to replace it even though it was not their responsibility. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly impressive and I am so very grateful to have dealt with such kind people. Thank you
Freedom, we meet again. One star reviews left for all Qld stores, and now it's WA's turn [I'm saving my Victoria reviews for when the 2025 Block series airs for maximum impact ;-) ]. I must admit this review isn't for the Cannington store specifically, just for the whole company. Whatever you do, don't buy anything from this company.
