When we visited today to buy a sofa, Assistant Manager Richard helped us with a very friendly and humble attitude. I also work in the service industry and have a strong interest in customer service, and the service he provided today was outstanding. Staff were amazing, in particular Richard and Linda who were both extremely attentive and approachable. They made our couch purchase seamless and we left feeling very confident. Certainly a wonderfully memorable experience and I would highly recommend you ask for either of them! :)
We bought this rechargeable battery 2 seat recliner which we have never been happy about the battery life. After following instructions from new, charging the battery, without even using the couch, the battery goes flat in just a few weeks. We filled in appropriate forms, had a service technician visit us but was told we needed to document how many times the couch could be activated before going flat.
