We had an excellent experience at this furniture store. The customer service was outstanding—Kathy was extremely helpful and patient, taking the time to explain everything in detail and guide us through the options. We went in to buy a mattress, and thanks to her knowledge and friendly approach, the process was smooth and pleasant. Truly appreciate Kathy’s professionalism and customer care!
Terrible customer service. Visited the Cannington store Tuesday late afternoon to buy S fold curtains which I had already purchased but needed one more curtain. I had a few questions as I’m not an expert and really just wanted some professional advice. This product has different price in their system also table but they try to charge more for it, unprofessional, stay away.

"I'm blown away by the exceptional customer service I received from Freedom Cannington. This morning an item I had ordered was stolen from my porch upon delivery, and I was understandably upset, however every person I spoke to on the phone at Freedom was so lovely and kind to me and they so generously offered to replace it even though it was not their responsibility. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly impressive and I am so very grateful to have dealt with such kind people. Thank you
