Moving from Chicago to the East valley in 2001 at 15. The local skate shop was freedom board shop. No frills just thrills. The originals owners were Brandon and Jason. I guess two guys who grew up skating and wanted to share the sense of 'freedom' through skateboarding. Not sure if they started it with personal money or loans and friends/family investments. FreedomBoard Shop..... Hands down the best board shop. I've been going here since the summer of 2000. I will never rep another shop. The staff is always so friendly and the quality clothes and boards that they have is next level. Thanks for keeping your doors open. #gilbert&southern4Life
