Absolutely terrible experience with this bike shop. I called yesterday about a bike that I was looking to purchase they had done the maintenance on. The person on the phone was super helpful gave me all the records told me everything that has been done to the bike. I called today to have those records emailed to me as I did purchase the bike and the guy on the phone was super rude and hung up on me. Great customer service for a recent 2 day bike rental so my wife and I could do some of the KVR trail while staying in Naramata. The shop called to confirm delivery drop off a few days before, the bikes arrived right on time and they even dropped off an overnight charger as I had forgotten to order for the ebikes. Thoroughly recommended.
Aug 2 2025 BC day long weekend. Out of town visiting folks in Summerland, my kid broke his rear detailer and needed it repaired for the weekend of riding. Liam was a big help and got us an apt right away and had the job done in 1.5hrs and we were off riding the trails again, big thanks to Liam 👍🏼👍🏼 Great work, fast service. Very rude phone customer service. New to biking and first call I made, disappointing to learn this is the way of the community.
We have had great service from the crew at Freedom, starting last fall when we were starting to think about buying a gravel bike. The team was patient with our multiple visits and questions, and we're happy with our purchase! As new bike owners, we have a lot of (possibly silly) questions, but Liam in the back is always patient with our questions and happy to help. So glad to have a local shop we can trust.
