I would recommend spending your money somewhere else. This business has been calling bylaw on people parked on the paid street nearby, even though that parking is meant for all the businesses in the area, not just theirs. People are getting ticketed even if their meter is only a few minutes over. What’s really frustrating is that some of the people getting ticketed are youth and others going to nearby wellness services. It just feels unnecessary and shows a lack of care for the community. Best bike shop in town. Warm, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lots of selection. Had my dirt jumper checked to get the front wheel trued, after getting my front wheel trued they checked my rear brake and adjusted it.
Our rental experience was first rate. These folks are professional, courteous, and the bikes are excellent quality...fitted right. Access to the bike trail is perfect for visitors to the city.
Cannot say ENOUGH about the service and staff here!! I brought my trusty old mountain bike in this morning after the rear wheel was stolen off of it yesterday (and yes, the frame and front wheel were locked up! They tried that one first though. See the picture below). I was ready to weigh the cost of replacing the entire wheel, tire, tube, cassette etc, on a bike that I probably couldn't sell for more than $100 against purchasing a complete new bike.....BUT Liam came up with a creative solution that solved my problem within ... read more
Shop is just looking for an opportunity to rip you off, brought two of my bikes in one for just a seat and the other one for puncture tire. Without any confirmation tons of stuff was done and bill was 500$ something... Left both bikes with them so.....
