Warning to customers when buying an online item from Freedom that says Partner Delivery. I tried to return 4 SABAC chairs that we purchased online -Partner Delivery- and endured the single most exhausting customer service experiences. As a result we will never buy from Freedom Furniture in the future and sharing our experience to warn others. Joy, Morris and Maddie were all super helpful, friendly and efficient in selling my our gorgeous couch. They spent so much time and made such an effort to make it a seamless purchase. We collected the couch the same day it it was all wrapped and ready to go. Thank you Joy for remembering that I loved the couch and for calling me to let me know it was on sale . We absolutely love it and really enjoyed our shopping experience 🙂
