Got the BEST customer service today from Morris! He was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to ensure I knew what I was purchasing and how I was to order something online from another store. Such a nice man!!!
Professional service with a smile Was shopping here for a new bedhead and base. It all seemed a little overwhelming. Corinna D was so friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. I really appreciated her willingness to answer my many questions about height, fabric choices and styles etc. I felt much more confident about my choices. I wish I had read the reviews here before buying from here. They first came with delivery, then said it needed three people. Then forgot about our delivery. Only when we called two weeks later, booked in another delivery and only two people arrived. Delivered a damaged sofa and said they would advise Freedom. Now Freedom says it's not their fault. So we are left with a damaged new sofa that we can't sit on. They are asking us to raise a warranty claim on a new sofa that we did not touch yet. Horrible, horrible service! Now I... read more
