Not a terrible bank. The mobile app feels a little dated and lacking in features. When I had an account there, there was no way to unlock your debit card after hours if it was locked due to being flagged as fraud. I think an automated 24/7 like to call is pretty standard.
Love our bank. I’m always greeted with a smile, and they know who I am. They seem like a great team.
