Great customer service
Website says open on Saturday until noon, but they do not take calls on Saturday! Why is that?
I always get the best service at Freedom bank. Today Angela waited on me and she is always so nice.
Not a terrible bank. The mobile app feels a little dated and lacking in features. When I had an account there, there was no way to unlock your debit card after hours if it was locked due to being flagged as fraud. I think an automated 24/7 like to call is pretty standard.
