Idk what happened, but customer service has CHANGED. It's a real shame. I can only wonder what changed... wouldn't recommend banking here. Seems like no one knows how to do their job and are super rude. Sad really.
Five stars are not enough for Shell Knob Freedom Bank. Not only do they consistently give superb customer service, but on multiple occasions they've gone above and beyond for our family. From stopping a check, to getting a home loan to go through quickly when the other bank failed on their responsibilities, to catching suspicious activity in our accounts. The money loss, stress, and heartache they've saved us from is amazing and not something we've ever experienced with other banks. They are the best of the best!
I love doing business with Freedom Bank here in Shell Knob. The staff is very professional and very, very friendly. I always walk out smiling.
