The bank branch is good about taking care of issues and walking you through set ups.. But if you ever need to call the main bank for an online issue.. expect to either never get answered; or put on hold, for an hour.. Rediculous, it's as if online bill pay has one person working the entire country; and about the worst online Banking app. Ive ever seen.
I arrived at the bank, and the lobby was closed. It gave me directions to walk through the drive-thru for teller transactions, which I totally understand. I had walked to the bank so I didn't have a car so the only way I could go to the drive-thru is by walking. The bank needs to have a designated lane for people that will be walking up. It is unsafe and they should not expect people to just enter a car lane to walk through the teller stations. Other than that love the bank, they just need to fix this issue.
