A shady bank! Did not have my corporate documents on file for my commercial account. Then they tried disbursing the funds to me personally while locking me out of my commercial account, meanwhile people need their lives saved. Bad experience! Closed that account with them! Never will go back.
Joel Rodriguez at Freedom Bank made setting up our new business account fast and painless. He was clear, responsive, and well-prepared from the first conversation. He had things ready and walked us through only what mattered. He asked smart questions about our goals and suggested account options that actually made sense. He didn’t just disappear after the paperwork. He checked in to make sure everything worked as expected.
I'm sure this is a good bank but they have the wrong hours posted so in my annoyed and petty state I have decided to leave a 1 star review. I'll make it 5 if you fix the hours shown online or if you prove I'm an idiot. 8 am online, 8:30am at the actual bank. Edit: I am an idiot I am sorry, here's 5 stars
