Excellent attention
I recently had the pleasure of working with Joel Rodriguez from Freedom Bank (McAllen branch) while opening a new business account, and I cannot speak highly enough of his exceptional service. I am genuinely grateful for his support and expertise. Thanks to his efforts, I feel confident and well-prepared as I embark on this new venture. Gracias..
Horrible drive thru they let you wait there for 10 15 minutes before ever addressing you I've spent 25 minutes for a deposit and I'm the only one in the drive thru horrible service. I've even had to get off because no one ever came to the drive thru and when I went inside I had to wait still being the only one in the bank that's just crazy.
