It was very informative.
I like this bank. I had a problem logging into my account so I decided to go in person to see if they could help me with this issue. Mr. Greg Hinojosa III helped me solve the problem quickly. He was very helpful and friendly, made me feel comfortable knowing that I can always rely on them should I ever have any further problems with my account.
Just opened my business account here at the Alamo branch . Ashley Chavez personal banker , super helpful and patient. Set me up with a recommended account type and helped set up my Zelle account ( very annoying and confusing for me). Ms Nicole Lopez the one of the VP came down to say hello and sent me on the way. First time banking with these guys … so far so good. Happy customer
