Friendly and welcoming branch; always greeted when you walk in, doesn't matter if you are a customer or not! You do not have to wait on line and then stand on the other side of a tall counter like most banks, instead you are welcomed to a private area where you get to sit comfortably in a chair by the representative. The manager is always available to the customer; it is like the bank relationship of years ago, they get to know the customer - to cultivate a personal and warm experience.

My bank representative Melanie at the Mahwah Freedom Bank. I feel she has best interest under consideration. She is patient, professional and extremely helpful. I have also had the opportunity to work with Lisa at this branch, who also has the same qualities. This is number 1 bank and branch to work with.
