Horrible customer service. I’ve experienced three fraudulent charges on my account since opening an account and can no longer have a debit card. You should try to understand that there was a flood in the county and now the people of the town are in threat to being scammed. It’s not our fault we’re being scammed for a natural disaster. You should have better security in the matter.
Mary is amazing. She always goes above and beyond for all her customers. She is one of the kindest people I ever known.
If I could give this zero stars I would. Today marks the 2nd time they stole money of some kind from me. Would not ever recommend this bank to anyone switching over to Chime after today.
