We are disappointment regarding a recent purchase from this store and the issue with our furniture order. The items were not picked up by your staff as arranged, and as a result, our furniture was never delivered. What’s more frustrating is the store manager’s response — showing no concern and simply suggesting that we, the customer, should organise our own pick-up from the store. This lack of responsibility and poor service is extremely disappointing.

Exceptional service, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the quality of their products are amazing, you get what you pay for Jennifer and Luke were very kind over the phone and in store. Freedom has everything your looking for 👍🏻

EDIT - revising my rating to 5 stars to reflect my experience with Freedom BALLARAT. The store, and the people at the store are extremely helpful and help me resolved my issue with the sofa very promptly. It was a real struggle working with Freedom HQ as they take over 2 weeks to respond to each e-mail and are indifferent. Reasonable price and range. They do change the range fairly regularly too. I like the local shop and plenty of parking 🅿️
