Exceptional service, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the quality of their products are amazing, you get what you pay for Jennifer and Luke were very kind over the phone and in store. Freedom has everything your looking for 👍🏻
EDIT - revising my rating to 5 stars to reflect my experience with Freedom BALLARAT. The store, and the people at the store are extremely helpful and help me resolved my issue with the sofa very promptly. It was a real struggle working with Freedom HQ as they take over 2 weeks to respond to each e-mail and are indifferent. Reasonable price and range. They do change the range fairly regularly too. I like the local shop and plenty of parking 🅿️
I purchased an expensive Sterling sofa in June specifically for its size being perfect for our space. The size of the sofa was 110mm longer than advertised and longer than the piece in the Ballarat showroom, cutting into our doorway. I raised this on 7 Sept to them, the day it was delivered. They sent someone to confirm measurements on 26 Sept and agreed with the large discrepancy, they have not responded to any follow-up emails since.
