I ordered a sofa over a month ago, but they delivered the wrong one. After weeks of waiting, they finally sent the correct one — yet the wrong one is still sitting in my living room! Every time I call, they say the store hasn’t confirmed the pickup. I have no space at home and it seems they don’t care. I like the product itself, but the customer service was terrible. Won’t buy from Freedom again.

The experience my wife & I had recently with the store managerJessie was awesome to say the least. She is the type of person who anyone can strike up a conversation with let alone went far and wide out of her way to please the customer,let alone staying back in her own time after closing time,to complete the purchase of the lovely lounge we just purchased.
