We ultimately chose to purchase the couch because we liked the product, but our experience with Kerry, the manager, was appalling. She was incredibly rude, making it one of the worst customer service and buying experiences we've ever had. After a disastrous delivery attempt, the entire refund process became a nightmare. Past reviews speak for themselves! Whilst the staff in store were lovely, the warranty team were an absolute disgrace. When I pay premium price, I expect to notch customer service in return. Received my $5k sofas severally stained. After lodging a warranty claim, we had to wait a whole week to have them cleaned. During this time, the warranty staff were extremely unhelpful, condescending and particularly unapologetic!
