Staff were very friendly, we ended up choosing a couch from another store, but this was due to taste and shopping around. The staff were excellent and its a great location.
I’ve always loved Freedom Furniture for its quality and style, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing due to the poor customer service. The blonde sales assistant was surprisingly rude and unhelpful, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I felt like leaving the store immediately. It’s a shame, because I genuinely like the brand—but next time, I’ll be visiting a different branch.
It’s pretty rare to run into corporations that take advantage of their customers like Freedom does. Although printed finely, everyone should be aware of this policy given large impact on your wallet. Freedom cleverly uses a 48 hour policy in which you can not cancel your order after 48 hours of purchase, or you will be charged 35% of the order cost which could well run into high hundreds or thousands given the cost of their products.
