Phoned store for an item. Confirmed it was in stock. Drove an hr to collect and they made a mistake. Waste of time
This is to do with Online Exclusive Orders. Frustratingly unable to get any response on from customer service as 3rd party Freedom uses only contactable via email. Approach with caution with online orders from Freedom Furniture Online Exclusive orders. I’ve never had any issues with other online vendors. I will not shop Freedom Furniture ever again.
Majority of the products on display you can't even buy because they have no new orders/containers coming over. You should not be allowed to sell items you don't plan on restocking. People like myself get excited they've found the product they're looking for, only to find we can't actually buy it ever. Because there's no containers coming. Don't be lazy, remove those products and replace it with items people can actually buy. Company wide, needs a good sort out.
Very misleading experience with Freedom. Am posting here because talking to support is getting me nowhere. In a sale mid November prior to Black Friday, we paid $3,000 for a couch at Aspley that won't be delivered until February (non problem there). We were told in person that if the couch was cheaper during BFCM sales we would receive a credit in the difference of the sale, encouraging us to make the purchase on the day instead of holding off.
