After spending over $6,000 on furniture from Freedom, you would expect them to stand behind their products and honour their warranties. Instead, I’ve been met with endless back-and-forth with an offshore customer service centre, arguing over technicalities and seemingly looking for any excuse to avoid covering the issue or providing replacement covers, despite the care instructions being followed. Started out well but finished very poorly which is very disappointing. My wife and I were couch shopping and after finally deciding on an option (which we love) we dealt with Claire at Aspley store - put in our order and paid approx $3.5K and opted for the delivery option as it was explained the couch would be delivered, unpacked, set up and then rubbish removed which was ideal for us. Claire, Tanya and Kirsty at Freedom Aspley gave me fantastic customer service and were very patient. They took the time and care to listen to what I was wanting to achieve with my home, and gave me very helpful suggestions and advice. 10/10, I will definitely be back to shop again - Jenny M
