I love the store products and how helpful everyone usually is. But I felt Cassandra was not at all trying to help with the shopping experience. Dismissive is probably the best way to describe the interaction. A bit of cultural training might help.

No customer service so unfortunate. I shopped in lots of freedom furniture and Artarmon is very disappointing. I will not be back here again. Gus the Store Manager was really patient and spend his time explaining and educating me about the product . I am really fortunate to have him and lots of gratitude . I will definitely come back to purchase from this store in Artarmon . 10/10 customer service .
