I absolutely love the staff at Freedom. We have put curtains in our house on two occasions now and I wouldn’t shop anywhere else after my experience. The lady who helped with the curtains (on both occasions) has been so wonderful giving honest opinions and showing different options so we were completely satisfied with our purchases. I will absolutely be back to freedom for homeware options and furniture in the future. I’m very thankful for all their help
Parag and Barb were very helpful with our purchase of a sofa bed and bar stools. I was pleased with the quality of the products we chose and the range of options available.

Five stars for Barb from the Albury store, who went above and beyond to assist us in the recent flash sale when the system was overwhelmed and orders were not emailing through. The emails with the invoice numbers came through after midnight so without her help we would've missed out on the sale prices.
Attended Freedom Albury store on Mothers Day to look to purchase a sofa. I would like to thank Barb for her amazing help nothing was to much trouble Barb went above and beyond to help us with our purchase.All of the staff were absolutely wonderful nice to see such excellent team work between staff.
