Freedom 1st has been a god-send for us in getting my husband to his various appointments. I can ride along too! The personal both dispatchers and drivers are kind and very helpful. And in general, pick-up is on time.
The drivers who picked up my Dad on both ends of his doctor appointment last Friday were courteous, professional, gentle with him, and focused on his safety in the van. I definitely will book with you again when needed.

Our family would like to thank George for an excellent experience. He showed my mother the greatest kindness and consideration throughout the trip and his driving skills are top notch. We went through several construction zones and the ride was as smooth as silk. We arrived a half hour early for her appointment and mom was extremely pleased with the experience.
