Super happy with the customer service we received from Kirsti, not only did she recommend the perfect couch to fit our needs she also went above and beyond with communication and making sure we got our delivery as we were nearing the end of my pregnancy! Great experience.
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would! Please save yourself the headache I have just gone through at Freedom. Nick sold us a couch a couple of weeks ago. When processing the order we were given a form with the policy. Before signing Nick clarified that if after 48 hours of the product being DELIVERED, that it didn’t fit in the space we could refund the couch and get back 100% of the price. Firstly, the Manager Emma and her team at Richmond are absolutely fabulous! Definitely my fave freedom store. Unfortunately this is regarding the hopeless online team. I received a damaged tv unit. After contacting freedom 3 weeks ago I still have no resolution. This has been escalated to consumer affairs as they are in breach of section 54 and 55 and will be investigated. Pathetic customer service. Zero followup on warranty claims. Awful quality products. Avoid avoid avoid! (Further note based on Freedoms response below. Awful customer service. I ordered online and received the wrong item. The item I received was valued higher than the one I purchased. I went in store to receive the correct product and because the price has now changed they tried to make me pay the difference. This was their error. The store manager wouldn't even front up to talk to me. I won't be back.
