I recently made a purchase at Freedom Furniture Richmond and was very well looked after especially by Emma who showed welcoming, personable and caring customer service. Also Liam, his father and Josh who all gave exceptional customer service over my time coming in and each one of them cared about me having a positive experience. Also the lady unpacking boxes and doing tickets was lovely. My only negative experience was with the store manager who was pushy and rude.
