Went into freedom at Crossroads today with my wife Jovan comes highly recommended He help us achieve exactly what we was looking for Excellent customer service And the staff are welcoming and supportive
Went with my mum to help her buy a couch and Jovan that works there was amazing. He was such a great help with giving amazing interior design advice to mum, to helping source the couch parts so she didnt have to wait 18 weeks for the delivery. Highly highly recommend seeing Jovan there! 10/10 recommend. Any time i go there im always gonna be on the lookout for him to assist me with anything we need! Thanks so much for the help Jovan mum appreciates it!
I visited freedom today and met 2 lovely girls called Violeta and Anastasia, they both helped me tremendously with decorating my new home and showed great customer service and knowledge regarding interior decorating. 5/5 would highly recommend coming here
Purchased a bed for guests arriving from overseas. Specifically wanted this as delivery time was before. Upon unboxing, noticed 8 essential screws to assemble a bed were missing. Called the store and they said I have to fill out forms and send an email, then they will review and send screws after a few days. Absolutely terrible. Went last weekend to purchase a new couch, definitely not happening anymore. Will never buy from Freedom again. Don’t waste your money here.
Jovan was a really helpful sales assistant who helped us make our furniture purchase. Definitely reccomend giving them a try.
