What a disgraceful experience, I came in & was after a new mattress, I explained I had certain issues with my back & then I had the displeasure of dealing with Geoff he swore black & blue that the freedom mattress was the way to go. Against my better judgment I listened to him, after 3 weeks of use the mattress lifted on all the edges, sunk on both sides & my back flared up something severely. Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the loveliest Piper at Freedom Casula for her absolutely amazing customer service and interior design knowledge. I’m very indecisive in general when it comes to selecting interiors, however Piper took her time in order to help me decide on a rug. She was very patient with me and gave me great design advice. Freedom Casula sells homewares and furniture from different brands in addition to the freedom brand, making it such a wonderful shopping experience!
Had a wonderful shopping experience with Piper at this store. Although her badge said Trainee, it’s not often you encounter a sales assistant like her. She has great knowledge of interior design and a great way with customers that is the right amount of information and inspiration, plus a good sense of humour. She didn't feel at all intrusive, but was there when we needed her. A great skill for a person in retail sales. I’m not sure when the trainee badge is coming off, but it surely must be soon.
