We had such a fantastic experience at this Freedom store today! After spending two weekends lounge shopping and leaving other places feeling confused and unsure, walking into this store and being greeted by Piper changed everything. Piper was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all our questions with confidence and patience. You’ll get first class customer service when you are there browsing and not yet bought anything from them. But once you bought and paid for the items, you’re no longer their first class customer. You’ll be spoken to like you’re the most annoying person while they messed up your delivery agreement. I’ll would have given zero rating if there is an option.
Had such a pleasant experience today at this Freedom store. There was so many staff around available to help and they were all so friendly and they weren’t being annoying or hovering either like the Nick Scali or other stores in the same area. We ended up purchasing a big sofa and a few other things too. Kosta was a great help, super friendly and definitely knows his stuff. Will be coming back for some other purchases in the near future.
