I ordered a desk on line. After they charged my credit card, the company called me saying they didn't have the desk in stock. Instead giving me a solution, they just tried to push me to buy a different model for more money ($200 more). They didn't assume any responsibility. I just told them to send my money back. My suggestion is stay away from this company or at least do not buy anything from them until you have a written confirmation about the availability. Very unpleasant experience.
