Love Freeborn Wellness both Justin and Sara did and awesome job getting me ready to go back to work after a back injury! They excelled in pushing me hard to ensure I didnt get hurt going back to my physically demanding job.

Freeborn Wellness has an excellent staff. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me recover from a surgery on my elbow. If I ever needed physical therapy in the future I would request to go back there!
This place is great! Best PT “office” I’ve been to. The set up is nice and gives more of a CrossFit/gym vibe in the warehouse and roll up doors. Much more encouraging than a typical clinic type setting. Justin Thompson has been so helpful and very knowledgeable. I wouldn’t look anywhere else for a PT place
