My experience learning Felden Krais at Free2Move over the course of the past 8 months, has been both enjoyable and beneficial. I now find simple tasks, e.g entering and alighting from my car, turning to look behind when reversing, getting down to sit or lie on the floor, and reversing those actions to sit or stand, so much easier, and painless! All the staff are well qualified to teach this wonderful programme, which I recommend to any who wish to retain, or regain, freedom of movement.
I feel like I've gained 10 years already! My scoliosis and various posture and alignment issues are improving significantly after attending studio pilates with Ali, Jodie and Katie. All three physios have their own unique approach that's given me insight to my habits and the source of my pain.
