I stopped in for a workout with Martin while visiting family in the area and was very impressed! The facility is clean, professional and welcoming. Martin is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to ensure your form is perfect to prevent injury while still pushing you to reach your potential. Thanks Martin!
Haven’t worked with a trainer in years soo I was a little nervous but Martin made everything really comfortable and curated just for me. Really helpful with form, checking in to see if I need to adjust any weights, and the space itself was super nice to workout in!
