Aimee along with her somatic healing has been a life experience for me. I had experienced in a short period of time a number of big emotional issues and a health crisis . I was stuck in my feelings and my body as well . With the time Aimee spent with me each week, I was able to start to move through so much of what I was experiencing, and I continue to do so. Finding Aimee was life changing.

Lucky me! I was fortunate enough to meet Aimee at a WATSU 1 workshop where I received my first Hanna Somatics treatment with her on our lunch break. It took my workshop to a whole new level. When I came back home, I was standing taller. It was as though my spine had unraveled 20 years of doing bodywork and bending over massage tables. I had a second treatment with her today on ZOOM where she helped me release tension in my neck and shoulders that had been there for over a week. My work with Aimee was incredible! She is highly skilled, able to read the nuances of my body, and help me release so much tension. I found freedom from years of lower back pain and the fear that accompanied it. I feel so grateful to forever have the tools I need to unwind tension -- so I don't need to worry about throwing my back out, or my muscles getting 'stuck' in certain positions. I can't recommend working with Aimee enough.
