I have done allot of breathwork classes and this one was very well done. They created a very safe space, clear instructions, loving support, and ended it with a wonderful sounds bath. I highly recommend free will transformation breathwork class.

This is Nova(10yo). Well, I don’t even know where to start. Laura was so nice and I feel so much better after Little Zen. I like the motherly touch she adds to everything she does. The yoga is relaxing and the sound bath is healing. I love The Little Zen class.

I wasn't sure what to expect even though I have been to a breathwork class before, years ago at another place... I knew I would let some tears go, as I have been dealing with loss, grief, exhaustion and stress... I felt safe in this space, surrounded by friends and no judgements.
