Austeen is a wonderful yoga instructor ! She introduced me to YIN which I was sure was not for me and I absolutely love it ! She is calming, comes around to help and recommends options and talks you through every step ! Love having this amazing experience close to home !

Korie was THE absolute best masseuse I’ve ever experienced!! Her professionalism, demeanor, and overall aura was beyond amazing. She made me feel at ease and comfortable immediately. Her deep tissue massage is truly one of the best I’ve ever had. I will continue to reserve time with her to get the relief my body needs.
