She has a wealth of knowledge and expertise, not just in massage but also healing, therapy, reiki and meditation to name a few. I make sure I see her every month to "reset" my mind, body and spirit. Nicola has coaxed my shoulders, neck and back muscles into a more relaxed and flexible state, thus alleving my tension headaches and posture issues. I have tried many masseurs and would definitely HIGHLY RECOMMEND free the spirit, she is brilliant and has an in depth knowledge of her work, she is amazing. Please try her and you won't go nowhere else after trying. This I can promise you.
