Heather makes you feel totally comfortable. She is an expert in her field and she creates a true no judgement and no shame zone. She’ll even tell you it’s okay to eat birthday cake for breakfast, on your birthday! You’ll find support, realistic goals and plans. I can’t recommend her enough.
