I've worked for many year here we have wonderful staff & and great management.
We love this place! The staff have the biggest hearts. They try to make all the residents feel right at home!
I have called multiple times on different dates to check on my grandparents and I either get hung up on for get the run around also I was on hold for over 20 minutes. This should be unacceptable especially at a nursing facility
