Avoid at all cost! I came in with a return and they claimed I had already received the refund. When I tried to take my item back they got aggressive and wouldn’t let me take it back. They claimed I had to call customer service. I called customer service and they informed me the item was returned and the gift card was spent after I had left the store. This will be reported to the BBB. Terrible customer service and sketchy employees.
It smells like mold! Especially in the back. You guys should get that checked out.
Every time I go into the SB location not one employee even looks at me or says hello, asks if I need help, or says bye when I leave. I went in ready to spend money today and after nobody acknowledged me or my family we left. I used to work for the brand so it is disappointing to be given such snobby, terrible service.
Somehow the amount that I purchased in person differs from the amount that is listed online. I didn't notice until I got to my workstation. She said it's impossible for them to look up past receipts and there was no way for them to validate that I had made the purchase despite having my bank statements available. Terrible customer service, genuinely suspicious. How you can charge something one price online and it be completely different in person. Listed $29 online I paid $80 in person
