Rachel, the store manager at the Scottsdale Quarter is wonderful. Over the holidays I had ordered a $100 gift card and I could not access it, after many failed attempts of trying myself and being told I need to wait for the “gift card person” to release the online gift card— I went into the store to see if they could help me there.
