Absolutely love the staff at this location. I was welcomed as soon as I entered the store, and every single associate spoke to me. Immediately they offered to start me a fitting room and introduced themselves as well as asking my name. They listened to what I was looking for and made fantastic suggestions. Never felt abandoned while in the fitting room. Bravo to a great team. Store was beautifully merchandised and clean. Thank you Elizabeth, Kelsey, and Asia.
Horrible employees. Unless you want an employee opening the dressing room on you while you’re changing I wouldn’t ever shop here. Store needs to be held accountable.
Been on the phone for over an hour waiting for someone to answer. Shoes shipped to me with defect. Filed claim a week ago. Never received a call back. Terrible service
My absolute favorite clothing! I order online, and if i need to return something, I go to the Free People store at The Plaza. Everyone is nice, happy, helpful, and sweet as ever!!! I don't shop much at the store because I find 'my style': tops, tanks, jeans, bralettes, etc. online. FP runs big mostly!!! However, some shirts are fitted - run small or tight, so you have to size way up. You can tell, online, if it's a fitted top. I know how to buy their sizing in almost everything.
