Pricey but what would you expect from the Plaza? Grabbed a few items for the misses. She loved them (I picked them out) so its a win win. Friendly service, wish they had more sizes in store. But very nice place to shop

Staff extremely unhelpful, store, cramped, and hot. All around bad experience, nothing to make up for the lack of clothes either. been in many times, always hoping that the store would redeem itself because they do have some cute clothes. In every time I’ve been it’s always been a disappointment.

Terrible Experience with Free People Brigade Leather Backpack I ordered the Free People Brigade Leather Backpack, and it arrived with pen marks, the wrong color, and it doesn’t seem like a real Free People item. I contacted customer service with pictures, and they’ve been completely unhelpful. No response, no solution.

Absolutely love the staff at this location. I was welcomed as soon as I entered the store, and every single associate spoke to me. Immediately they offered to start me a fitting room and introduced themselves as well as asking my name. They listened to what I was looking for and made fantastic suggestions. Never felt abandoned while in the fitting room. Bravo to a great team. Store was beautifully merchandised and clean. Thank you Elizabeth, Kelsey, and Asia.

Horrible employees. Unless you want an employee opening the dressing room on you while you’re changing I wouldn’t ever shop here. Store needs to be held accountable.
