I have visited the Free People store at the Houston Galleria four times, and each time, I have been disappointed by the lack of customer service. On my first visit, I saw five sales associates gathered at the cash register, talking. I was the only customer in the store, visiting during off-peak hours, yet not one person greeted me or offered assistance.
