After a knee injury that I sustained last year, I began working with the law firm of Fredson, Statmore, and Bitterman. The paralegal, Gisleiny, guided me from beginning to end. She made herself available whenever I needed assistance. It was a pleasure to actually call and have her answer the phone. If I had to leave a message, she returned my call the same day.
