Karen gave us amazing customer service! This was my second time visiting this store. Karen helped me the first time I visited this store as well! She took her time to explain the Crown rewards program and I signed up :) She is very friendly and very attentive! This store has a large selection of Disney items including unique Loungefly bags! Very clean and organized store!
Always great selections of cards gifts for all. Puzzles, books, jewelry shirts,purses etc.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. Workers are RACIST. We had an incident where workers FOLLOWED my daughter and me around the store and then proceeded to KICK my daughter out while she was looking at birthday cards for her dying grandma. I came up to them, and they didn't believe she was my daughter, and when i asked what happened, they proceeded to point out how she was taking "too long" to look and said that if she wasn't buying anything she could get out.
